Day 15 ♥ Happiness is Shopping in Weekend Sandhai (market)

Happiness is shopping in the weekend sandhai (market). Whenever we visit Tirupati, we like to shop in the Renigunta Sandhai - an open market where you can buy all sorts of vegetables, fruits, dried seafood, and household items. We usually buy karuvadu (dry fish), which my mom and wife love, and we also buy fruits and household items at affordable prices. It was fun to shop at every shop, talking in Telugu and Tamil, bargaining on the price, and buying so many items for less than a few hundred bucks. I didn't bring my phone with me because the battery was dead when we started, so I don't have any pictures.

This reminds me of the Thursday market in Husum, Germany, where I used to go with my customer to buy vegetables and fruits. Have you ever visited a sandhai? Share your experience with us. Spread love!
