Often I do not find something interesting to write. But when I find, I am not an exception to sleep on that. BlogAdda’s P. A. S. S is one such initiative.
They say, “68% women think that clean shaven men smell good.” That I second. I am one of those bachelors who hated a clean shaven look because of many reasons. In fact, I preferred the other way – long beard and moustache. But what happened in my first date changed my world for good.
Isha is a sweet cute idiot, the one and only queen of my heart, who has a face of goddess and, her big moist eyes can steal hearts of stags. Her nose is drafted close to perfection to add beauty to her face. Her perfect pale pink rose bud lips can even tempt a saint. Her white complexion is hard to compare. She has the best of the best features a girl could have. In short, she is a dream! And to date such a sweetie, I consider myself lucky!
We were having coffee at costa coffee near her office. She was looking at me in a different way and said, “You look matured.”
I smiled and was enquiring about her new job. She smirked, looked around her, and then said, “I hate that unclean stubble. See he must be some 30-plus, but he looks like 50-year-old. I wonder how his relationship will work out.”
It hit me hard enough to realise that girls hate beard even if it is stubble. Now I smirked and we left the place after the coffee.
From that day, I met her only after a clean shave (did I?), but what happened is what you will read in my next post.

ReplyDeleteThanks for tagging me... I have never known my husband without his beard, so I would be definitely interested in playing this tag game. But, am a bit worried about the tagging part! Can we do without tagging?? BTW, what is the last date of writing...?
All the best to you!!
Hi Panchali,
DeleteThank you so much for the encouraging words. All you need to do is to accept the tag with a single link to this post and write your own story of yours :) That doesn't need to be a continuation of mine :)
All the best :)

Thank you AP! Yeah, it happens :)
DeleteYou can dream with a beautiful girl to date then why not her? Can’t she expect to date a clean shaven man? An unshaven man looks aged, and appear to naked eyes, as if he has not bathed for ages. I am happy to be a girl in 68%
