I hate to leave this place blank without my poems… but… I l… hmmm, a special thanks to JP for this week prompt, ‘Inspired by a Song’, that prompted me to pen this verse...

I chose, “Somebody’s me...” of Enrique..., I tried my best to alter the lyrics without disturbing the tune, and I do hope it came out well... Enjoy “Someone is Special’s version of Somebody’s Me”...

Like, I remember you...
Do you remember the time?
I looked into your eyes...
And you captured my heart ~ sweet heart ~ I...

Today, I walk the streets alone,
I hate to endure on my own,
My heart so empty,
I really feel I'm through hell,
My world so lonely ~ without you here.

Somebody wants you badly,
Somebody loves you madly.
Somebody dreams about you every tear-filled second...
Somebody can't live without your warmth and hug,
Somebody hopes that someday you will be me...

That someone special is for me...
...yeah




You, how did you leave me?
But... Our love will not fade...
Now will it die?
And I pray to God, that we will meet someday,
Until then I keep my fingers cross...

Today, I live in your memory,
