Aaah.... however if u look at the perspective, in a poor country like India, if shopkeeper gives free stuff to every person walking, he will go out of business and starve to death himself no??
ReplyDeleteA tale in an SMS? Great concept. ;)
ReplyDeletea sad reality...many do without...i feel for the boy and reminds me of the book the christmas shoes....where a boy wants to make his mother feel special before she dies of cancer but comes up just short on saving the money and a stranger helps him out...nice 160
ReplyDeleteIt is a sad reality - it creates a strong character hopefully. One that will make a difference
ReplyDeleteglad you joined us at Monkey Mans 160

@ Sid
ReplyDeleteYes, I accept your point. But in this writeup, I pen pointed that humanity should be there. Atleast for the second he should have reacted good...

ReplyDeleteYou are getting very good on all of these themes...G
You captured that moment in time for far too many souls on this planet, where we loss ourselves to the task of making money, instead of the opportunity to be compassionate.
ReplyDeleteThe REAL treasures is what we store in our hearts.
for your first it is a simple but very profound 160.
