Happiness is reading books on leadership! Writing fiction is an art, and reading fiction is real happiness. That's my philosophy, until I met a colleague who is passionate about reading books on leadership. His recommendations changed my view on non-fiction books, and the first book I picked up was a spiritual one - Confessions of a Buddhist Atheist. Later, I picked up a couple of books on leadership, which inspired me greatly. Therefore, I made a wish list of the top 30 must-read books on leadership.)
