Happiness is reading books on leadership! Writing fiction is an art, and reading fiction is real happiness. That's my philosophy, until I met a colleague who is passionate about reading books on leadership. His recommendations changed my view on non-fiction books, and the first book I picked up was a spiritual one - Confessions of a Buddhist Atheist.
